How should you act when you are in college? I believe that you should act like and adult because that what you think and want everyone to think that you are. I have some students that are my class that act like they are in high school. That really bothers me because it’s like you are paying to go to college just to play around when you could of did that in the privacy of your own house or room. Also it bothers me because some of the students are on finical aid. To me it’s like if they are on finical aid then they really don’t care if they jack off the money which I don’t believe is fair because there are a lot of people out that that need the money and should have the money other than the people who are abusing the right to have finical aid. I believe that the people who acting up in class and or on finical aid should be dropped and have to pay for their own school for their punishment. I believe that we are in college now and shouldn’t be acting like we are in high school. I really don’t have this problem in all my classes it is just one of them. I believe that the teacher is too nice and they take that as they can run over her when they really can’t. My advice to them students is start to act your age not your shoe size.

I don't know if I totally agree with you and not in a bad way. College is the prime of your age, if everyone acted serious all the time then college would be boring. I'm sorry there is a time and place to act mature and like an adult,but sometimes you just need to relax and have some fun. Although the teacher may be nice, doesn't necessarily mean they do it on purpose either. I work a lot and go to school as well. I always have to act mature and like an adult, I love coming to school because that when I can show people the real me not the fake serious me. I love to laugh and have fun, I don't think that "everyone has to act like that." I do understand where you are coming from, and your right that maybe some people should not be as immature as they are, but that's why we all are different. If we were all the same and acted the same, what is the point of having personalities. Good job! I really liked this topic you chose.
